Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will proceed to refund their value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is important to note that if you do not collect your parcel or if you refuse delivery without first informing our customer service department by e-mail at commande@lovynkkosmetik.com, we will wait to receive the returned parcel before proceeding with the refund. For online coaching, you will be entitled to a refund only if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. The refund will be 30% of the total amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For any other problem concerning the parcel after it has been dispatched (delayed, damaged, lost or stolen), the complaint must be addressed directly to the delivery organization concerned (Colissimo, Chronopost) and the seller cannot be held responsible.
