Physical products
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request the return of all or some of the products. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, in new condition and with their packaging intact. According to the French Consumer Code, no returns are possible if the products sent have been opened. For reasons of hygiene and consumer health protection, “the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection”.
To retract, you must return a retraction form, in accordance with the current Hamon Law, as follows: “For the attention of (Company name / Registered office / Contact details)
I, the undersigned ___, hereby inform you that I wish to withdraw from the contract concerning the sale of the following products : ____________ ”
The form should be sent by e-mail to commande@lovynkkosmetik.com.
As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will process your request. Once you have received our confirmation, you may return the eligible products at your expense. They must be in their original packaging.
Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will proceed to refund their value.
It is important to note that if you do not collect your parcel or if you refuse delivery without first informing our customer service department by e-mail at commande@lovynkkosmetik.com, we will wait to receive the returned parcel before proceeding with the refund. In this case, the refund will be in the form of a voucher, minus €9 for delivery costs.
Digital products
For online coaching, you will be entitled to a refund only if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. The refund will be 30% of the total amount.
Damage and problems
Don't hesitate to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you find a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at commande@lovynkkosmetik.com, with supporting photos. Please note that as these are natural oils, they may leak. We make every effort to avoid this, but it can happen.
For any other problem concerning the parcel after it has been dispatched (delayed, damaged, lost or stolen), the complaint must be addressed directly to the delivery organization concerned (Colissimo, Chronopost) and the seller cannot be held responsible. The Customer is reminded that all risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer, from the date of dispatch of the products, handed over to a carrier for delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns of discounted items and gift cards are not accepted.
